- 4,5 cl gin
- 1,5 cl lemon juice
- 1 cl pasteurized egg whites
- 3 cl rhubarb syrup
- 115 g ice cubes
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour gin, lemon juice, pasteurized egg whites and rhubarb syrup into the shaker and shake thoroughly.
- Strain into a lowball glass with ice cubes and serve.
