When paying by electronic debit card, the amount is deducted at the order confirmation. Payment is made via a secure and encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) connection.

When shopping with a debit card, we reserve the right to verify that the personal information provided is true.<\/span>
We may at any time write down the amount paid if for example the date is overbooked or not desired anyway. However, for security reasons we can NEVER raise the approved amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

Transportation costs
\n<\/strong>Our transport prices are fixed regardless of the size of the order. We have a fixed shipping price of 150\u20ac.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cancellation
\n<\/strong>When you shop at ZubarDubar you have a 14 day cancellation right where you can notify us that you regret the booking and we will then refund your payment. In case of cancellation, an e-mail should be sent to info@zubardubar.es<\/a><\/span>, which must state bank, registration and account information.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cancellation right runs from the day you received the booking confirmation \/ order confirmation. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitutional day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the next working day.<\/span><\/p>\n

In order to claim the right of withdrawal, you must give us a clear statement by email within 14 days of receipt of the booking \/ order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

If your booking is made less than 5 business days before the event date, the cancellation right is waived. If booking is canceled 1-5 business days prior to event date, 50% of the amount will be refunded. If canceled within 24 hours, 25% of the booking amount will be refunded. You bear the risk of goods and equipment from its delivery, and when set up and stored, you bear the risk of any damages in the event of theft and damage caused by you or your guests.   • Smashed or cut into glass (normally extra 4\u20ac\u00a0per glass).<\/li>\n
  • Other damage to bar and rental equipment.<\/li>\n
  • Theft, lost equipment or raw materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Keep the barrels of ice cubes onto a floor that can withstand water, as our thermal barrels can create condensation.<\/li>\n
