Variations of Moscow Mule
Moscow Mule is a simple drink consisting of only three elements – vodka, Ginger Beer, and lime juice. It is without a doubt a delicious composition, but you may want to spice up the recipe a bit. You can do this with different variations of the Moscow Mule.
For example, you can throw yourself into Hendrick’s Summer Mule, Jägermeister Mule, Limoncello Mule, or Vodka Ginger. They are all easy to go to and require only a few ingredients – evident for the home bar!
Moscow Mule origin
The cocktail’s name is cheating because Moscow Mule does not have its origins in the Russian capital. It is traced to warm California, where a bar owner and liquor company Heublin Inc. invented the Moscow Mule. With the new cocktail, the United States opened its eyes to vodka.
The classic copper mug also sends thoughts to cold Russia – but the profile is primarily a visual detail. However, this does not change the fact that it dramatically impacts the experience of a Moscow Mule.
Non-alcoholic Moscow Mule
A non-alcoholic Moscow Mule is as simple as the original vodka recipe. Of course, the mocktail does not have the same warmth, but it has a delicious acidity from both the lime juice and the lime.
