- 6 cl pisco
- 2 cl lime juice
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl egg white
- 1 dash angostura
- 70 g ice cubes
- 1 lowball glass
- Fill a lowball glass with ice cubes.
- Add the pisco, lime juice, sugar syrup, and egg white to a shaker.
- Shake hard.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake again.
- Strain the mixture into the glass.
