Strawberry mojito
Rum, strawberry, lime, and mint. What’s not to like? Strawberry Mojito is a twist of the classic Mojito, with a bit more sweetness from the concentrated strawberry syrup. It’s a sure winner at the bar!
- 5 cl light rum
- 2 cl strawberry syrup
- 8 pcs mint leaves
- 3 cl lime juice
- 1 tsp cane sugar
- 8 cl sparkling water
- 120 g crushed ice
Ingredients
- Smash the mint leaves and put them in a lowball glass.
- Fill the glass with crushed ice.
- Pour light rum, strawberry syrup, lime juice and cane sugar into the glass.
- Top off with sparkling water.
- Stir a little and serve.
