New Year’s Sour
Do you love sour cocktails? Then this one will not disappoint on the last day of the year! New Year’s Sour ends the year with the taste of cherry, lime, and gin. The perfect combination between sweet and sour!
Ingredients
- 4 cl gin
- 3 cl lime juice
- 3 cl cherry syrup
- 2 cl egg whites
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Pour the gin, lime juice, cherry syrup, and egg whites into the shaker.
- Dry shake.
- Strain into the glass.
Toasted Almond
Toasted Almond, of course, tastes like… almond! It has a hint of coffee and a hint of chocolate. It is an obvious dessert after finishing New Year’s other delicious dishes! It is light on the alcohol percentage, so there is also room for champagne when the clock strikes midnight.
Ingredients
- 6 cl amaretto
- 6 cl Kahlua
- 6 cl of cream
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Now fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Pour the amaretto, Kahlùa, and cream into the shaker.
- Shake thoroughly.
- Strain the mixture into the glass.
Paloma
Paloma is a refreshing, pink cocktail. Mix it with lime juice, grapefruit soda and tequilaaa! It’s a favorite from Mexico that is sure to be a hit at your New Year’s party too!
Ingredients
- 4 cl of tequila
- 2 cl lime juice
- 1 cl sugar syrup
- 12 cl pink grapefruit soda
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Fill a glass with ice cubes.
- Add tequila, lime juice, and sugar syrup.
- Top with pink grapefruit soda, stir and serve.
Sazerac
Feeling classy? You have probably found nice clothes for the last party of the year. And then there MUST be a Sazerac on the table! It is a classic whiskey cocktail that perfectly balances the sweet and the bitter.
Ingredients
- 6 cl whiskey
- 2 dashes Angostura
- 3 cl sugar syrup
- 2 cl Pernod anis
- 1 swirl of orange peel
Preparation
- Pour the sugar syrup into a shallow glass.
- Then add Angostura, Pernod, and whiskey to the glass.
- Cut off a swirl of orange peel, squeeze it, and put it in the drink.
- Stir.
Vanilla Starlight
Can we have an entire New Year’s Eve without a touch of Starlight? This star of a cocktail has the most exquisite flavors of peach, vanilla, and lemon. The yellow color also perfectly decorates the beautiful New Year’s table!
Ingredients
- 2 cl Cointreau
- 2 cl vanilla syrup
- 4 cl vodka
- 2 cl peach liqueur
- 2 cl sour
- 10 cl Sprite
- Ice cubes
Preparation
- Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
- Shake thoroughly.
- Strain the cocktail into a glass and serve.
Pomegranate Margarita
Margaritas are ALWAYS good. A little lime, something sweet and sour, and a lot of tequila are heaven in a glass! This margarita takes things a step further by combining the flavors of lime juice and pomegranate.
Ingredients
- 3 cl lime juice
- 6 cl silver tequila
- 6 cl pomegranate juice
- 2 cl triple sec
- 2 cl sugar syrup
- Ice cubes
- 1 lime slice for garnish
- 1 lime boat
Preparation
- Cut a slit in the center of a lime wedge. Place the lime boat on the glass and run it around the edge.
- Dip the rim of the glass in sugar.
- Pour ice cubes into the glass.
- Fill a shaker with ice cubes.
- Add lime juice, tequila, pomegranate juice, triple sec, and sugar syrup.
- Shake for 30 seconds.
- Strain the margarita into your serving glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lime.
